- Be sure to request the ‘Pershing Rifles Alumni Association’ Group Rate which is $109 per night (plus tax) and is only available 14 through 17 March 2012.
- Hotel valet parking is expensive so you may want to consider self-parking. Click HERE to locate available parking facilities and to calculate the rates at each for the duration of your stay.
- Alumni wishing to attend the reunion and NATCON are strongly advised to book rooms at the official hotels. In addition to qualifying for the guaranteed lowest prices, you will get lodging in a 3.5 star hotel offering the safest and most convenient location for attending events and seeing the scenic Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We were required to commit to fill room quotas in order to offer the reduced prices available to you. Booking at another location will reduce your ability to fully enjoy the camaraderie of the event, and will place the organization at financial risk. Please keep the overall good of the Pershing Rifles in mind. Those who live within easy commuting distance are welcome to join us without making hotel reservations. However, even if you do live within commuting distance, we strongly advise that in order to avoid driving while under the influence, that you stay at the hotel.
AS OF 02/20/12, ACTIVE P/R MEMBERS NOTE:. We are now within the 30-day cut-off for reserving rooms at the Sleep Inn. Although the block we reserved has been released, there are still rooms available. To get the same rate and block, ask for Lucy the Sales Manager when calling to book. There are ONLY king size beds left.
All actives must stay at the Sleep Inn or Renaissance where a competitive rate* has also been negotiated for Active Members of the National Society of Pershing Rifles to stay. The Sleep Inn is located at (MD222) 301 Fallsway, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, phone: (410) 779-6166, fax: (410) 528-7771. Call to book your rooms as it is not possible to book on line.
